M P Heath Waste Consultancy Ltd specialises in delivering cost reduction, service improvement and procurement programmes for UK waste authorities.

 

We have particular expertise in the procurement of waste and environmental services, having acted as principal technical advisor on over a dozen such procurements with a combined estimated contract value in excess of £1 billion.

 

We use our knowledge and understanding of the operational, financial, legal and contractual aspects of waste collection, recycling and street cleansing services to deliver real benefits to our clients.
