 Financial Modelling The ability to assess the affordability of any given level of service is particularly useful, as it can inform option appraisals, procurement exercises (i.e. development of the specification) and decision making. Based upon our experience, Matthew can calculate outline revenue costs for any given level of service. He can produce service designs and determine the associated labour, equipment and consumables profile, which in turn can be used to calculate the outline revenue costs.
